Fresh Squeezed Lemonade

6 cups water
3/4 cups sugar
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
Fresh mint sprigs and lemon slices for garnish

In 2 quart pitcher, combine water and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in peel and juice. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour into glasses filled with ice. Garnish each serving with mint sprig and lemon slice, if desired.

Raspberry Lemonade
2-12 oz. cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen sweetened raspberries, partially thawed
2-4 Tbsp. sugar
2 liters club soda
Ice cubes
------------
In a blender, combine lemonade concentrate, raspberries and sugar. Cover and process until blended. Strain to remove seeds. In a 4-1/2 qt. container, combine raspberry mixture, club soda and ice cubes; mix well. Serve immediately.
Yield: 3-1/2 quarts

Old-Fashioned Pink Lemonade
 
3/4 c sugar
3 c water
2/3 c fresh or frozen lemon juice
1/3 c cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
 
In large nonmetal pitcher, combine all ingredients; stir to dissolve sugar.  Serve over ice.

Raspberry Lemonade

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons raspberry syrup
1 cup lemonade (see recipe below)
Ice
3 or 4 fresh or frozen raspberries (optional)

Directions:

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add syrup and lemonade, and stir. Garnish, if desired, with floating raspberries. Makes 1 serving.

Cherry Limeade
 
12 ounces Sprite (1 can)
3 lime wedges (1/8 of a lime each)
1/4 cup cherry juice (Libby's Juicy Juice is best)
1. Fill a 16-ounce glass 2/3 full with ice.
2. Pour Sprite over the ice.
3. Add the juice of three lime wedges and drop them into the drink.
4. Add the cherry juice and serve with a straw.
Makes 1 16-ounce drink

HONEY LIMEADE
 
1 C. lime juice
5 C. water
2/3 C. white sugar
2 T. honey
 
In a pitcher, combine all the ingredients. Stir until sugar is dissolved.  Chill in refrigerator.

Blackberry Breeze
 

1 c Boiling water
6 Blackberry-flavor tea bags
1/2 c Pineapple juice
8 oz Crushed pineapple; undrained
1/3 c Sugar
18 Ice cubes
 
In a teapot, pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and steep 5 minutes.
Remove bags. Chill tea. In a blender, process the tea, pineapple juice, pineapple and sugar until smooth. Add ice cubes, one at a time, processing after each addition until blended.

Tropical Lemonade

1 12-oz can frozen Lemonade
2 6-oz can frozen Orange Juice
1 64-oz can Pineapple Juice
1 gallon of Water
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp. Almond Extract

Sweeten to taste and server over ice.

1 cup lemonade
1 Tbsp. peach syrup

Basic lemonade

6 lemons
6 cups cold water
1 cup sugar

1. Juice the lemons, creating about 1 cup of juice.
2. In a large pitcher, mix juice, water and sugar. Stir lemonade well to
thoroughly dissolve sugar, and serve over ice.

1 quart ( 4 cups) apple juice
1 (6 oz) can frozen limeade, thawed
1 cup water ice cubes

Method
In a large bottle, combine juice, limeade and water. Shake vigorously. Pour
over ice cubes.

Blueberry Lemonade
 

3 cups blueberries
3/4 Cups sugar
2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 cups cold water Ice cubes
 
Place the blueberries and sugar in a blender and puree. Place the lemon juice and water in a pitcher and strain the pureed blueberries through a mediummesh sieve into the pitcher. Stir well and pour into tall icefilled glasses.

TROPICAL LEMONADE



2 cups  fresh-squeezed lemon juice
6 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. ground ginger
16 1" pieces of fresh pineapple

To make one portion:
Combine Sunkist fresh-squeezed lemon juice, water, sugar, and ginger, and blend well. Chill. Place ice cubes and 4 pineapple pieces in tall glass and add chilled ginger lemonade. Ready to serve.

Makes 4 servings
