I like to start out with a nice hug, then a sweet kiss, then maybe let the kiss linger for a little longer than just sweetness, then the hugging gets a little closer, and then tongues get involved in the kiss and the hands that were hugging start to roam a little, and the kiss turns a bit more sensuous with lips and tongue...and then........Whew, I'd better stop I'm drooling on my keyboard....

I have been so institutionalized that I don't think about touching a women for fear of sexual harrasement charges being brought up on me.
If I am with people that are open to touching and not into lawsuits.....
I would be a hugger, I am a hands on kinda guy.

It depends . . . I hug all the ppl that are close to me when I see them or when Im leaving . . . usually kiss them on the cheek too.
 
But if its with a romantic partner, Im definitely a hugger and a kisser . . . to me they both just kinda go hand in hand.  Hugs first, start kissing up the neck . . . you get the idea
