I'm 48, divorced by choice, but get along ok with my ex... He is a nice guy just a crappy husband and dad... I have two kids a son 22 and a daughter 18, my son is engaged with a 2 year old son and one on the way... He never did do things in order!!! LOL... My daughter works full time and goes to college part time... I have a dog, she has two cats and a big turtle... Quite the family!!! LOL... I live in Michigan... I am a school bus driver of 26 years that is off on perm. disability... I have a boyfriend but we both are flirts and not a bit jealous so it works out well for us, good thing... LOL!!!

So how about you? What is the general stuff about you?

Hiya Prinny nice to meet you and it's ok your female..i came here for friendship as well..and seem like some terrific people here. Well..i'm 53, from Philly, Pa., no kids, i'm also on disability that makes it hard to concentrate due to something that happened a while ago..i do miss working but now and then do some temp work for short periods of time. I have a great online friend..out in Canda who i've been really close to visited there and he came here thru the holidays but also it gets kinda lonely..having someone you care about..wayyyy out there. I was a caregiver for my mom and dad for a good while till they passed away 3 yrs ago. I'm pretty fun loving, up person..love to laugh..enjoy dinners out, making friends online, movies, music i just love and my little terror of a terrier..who keeps me running. Anyhow..not sure what else to say other than i wish you well..and sounds like you been thru a lot with your marriage but also seem to have it together well..and a great family..i think that's the one thing i regret..having kids around and about..they keep you young...or make you old fast..lol..just kidding. I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your parents and that you're on disability too... It sucks... I miss working... I miss the money I used to make!!! LOL... Having kids does both, keeps me young and makes me old... Being a Grandma does the same thing, but makes me feel old to say I am one!!! LOL... I lost my dad but my mom and I are very close!!!

I understand having someone you care about so far away... It seems I can't find a man to go out with around here, but I can find some on line... The last few men I dated were from on line and none lived in Michigan... My boyfriend now doesn't live here either... I know, it's hard!!! The net gave me some self esteem and confidence back... Ya gotta love those ego strokes!!! Giggles... I work on myself to make me a better me, but I love who I am on the inside... I know I have a good heart and I'm a good person... There are times when we're put on the chopping block for things but if people looked in the mirror they would see they have said and done the same things... It's funny how people change yet stay the same... But the people here are the best... You found a group that has the biggest hearts, the most open arms and always have room for more friends!!! If there's ever anything I can do to help you around here, you just let me know!!!

What's your terror of a terrier's name and age? I just lost my King Shepherd in Otober after 13 years and my Vizsla in February after 11 years... So things happened and I ended up getting a 1 1/2 year old yellow lab that I rescued... He's a great dog... I've been blessed for sure!!!

Hiya Prinny, i was away a couple days, went to the Jersey Shore and to the casino..ugh! no cha-ching for me..lol. Anyhow my terrier's name is Scout. She was a handfull when the first year..we did a lot of redecorating ..ate the rug, the sofa..kitchen pillows and various other unidentifed objects..lol Anyhow she's calmed down some but she's the cutest thing. Oh and still not housetrained..no matter how i try..i guess ill have to look into diapers... anyhow as to your questions...

fav. music.. lots really but mostly rock, like springsteen, Phil Collins, Pearl Jam, Elvis, Rob Thomas, really like anything music.

Pick one song..dont think i could ever..just too many good ones i really love.

Fav. Actors..again i can't make up my mind.. Brando, Pacino, Tom Hanks, Robert DeNiro

Hi there Cheeky... I never get the cha-ching cha-ching either... I just donate money to them!!! LOL... It's hard to train some dogs... Mine doesn't know how to ask to go outside... I'm trying to teach him... This is a first for me, he is house broken but doesn't know how to ask, I just make sure I keep watching the time... He's had a couple of accidents but only during the night, or early morning... Which is why I know he doesn't know how to ask... My other dogs would wake me up to go out... I've trained several dogs, I take great pride in believing that I'm good at it too... This is a challenge and I like that, usually!!! LOL

OK let me answer these...

What's your favorite type of music? Country, but like soft rock, classic rock and some pop.

Favorite band? That's tough, there are so many from the 70's rock and pop, then the 50's and 60's... Not to leave out country... Sheeesh, I can't answer my own question!!! LOL

Favorite song? OMG the list is endless for me, I love my music... Two that aways come to mind are A Broken Wing by Martina McBride and Because You Love Me by Jo Dee Messina.

Favorite actor, male and female? Again I have so many, I always love Carey Grant, Nicholas Cage, and David James Elliott... Meg Ryan, Sandra Bullock, Melanie Griffith and Julia Roberts.

Favortie movie? I can't pick just one!!!

Favorite catagories? Movies are hard for me to cause I love movies... I hate horror, blood and gore ones.

Horror? Hate them all... I lived it in real life, can't watch it now.

Musical? Grease

Comedy? I don't care much for the slapstick silly ones, but I love to watch comedians, stand up comedy.

Romance? Dirty Dancing and Pretty Woman come to mind first.

Drama? A Few Good Men, Men of Honor

Favorite type of food? Good ole down home cookin!!!

Favorite food? Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Sweets, etc... Hence BBW!!! LOL

How many states have you lived in and which ones? Axctually only two, Michigan and Alabama... I dated men from other states and we would live for a time at each place so I add Texas and West Virginia to the list!!!

How did you end up where you're at? I grew up in Michigan after moving back here from Alabama... After moving out of my dad's I bought a mobile home, then after getting married I bought the house I'm in now.
