First off - I agree Chicky - as I was reading the posts I saw several commenting on "thin" women - when did we all become catagorized?? Why is it ok be to a fat man, society does not put them down. But yet be a fat woman in todays world and you are unhealthy, lazy, sick, unable to do what the "thin" woman can, blah blah....did you know that 71% of women living in the United States between the ages 16 and 65 are overweight? Did you know that a size 14 is considered overweight by todays standards??  (oh to be a size 14 again...lol) Now, personally, I have found that most men I meet do not assume because I am fat, I am lazy or unhealthy, they do not think I am lonely or desperate, because they see that I am neither, and they never EVER assume they are getting laid just because they bought me a drink or said hi. I may be fat, but I damn sure do not have to take whatever comes my way just to be happy. Society has labeled us and its about time for us to toss that label. If you have to catagorize us, what the hell is wrong with positive descriptive words like strong, powerful, elegant, curvaceous, voluptuous (you get the drift) women, and not the "image" that is portrayed by those 3 little letters, BBW (which basically means fat women). You may never see me on the cover of Vogue, and I may never be thin, but I can be a healthy "voluptuous" woman  . No one who is not utterly blind can fail to see that God gathered all the beauty of which the whole world is capable together in woman... IMHO

Hi ,,, May be too late on the subject , but let me try to give my thoughts .... In fact the subject of BBW is on great interest to me and Iam always surprised to read about the negativeness reflected in the reaction of most of the women ..... My thinking in this :- IT has to do with the personality of the lady itself ... if she posses some education ,self respect , self-trust ,knows what she wants , she will have the required ATTENTION with all what this word means .....and get her things fulfilled while staying far away from being mis-treated. I know some BBW who are very strong in personality and have enormas effects when talking to people and are getting repected ,not to say, feard of by the others |

| WHY DOES SIZE HAVE TO BE AN ISSUE ? I am a bbw and proud of it.. I was once told if a person didnt like me it was because they didn't like fat ppl.. But it agravates the piss outta me (whoops potty mouth) the stereotypes of what a women should look like.. I see some of the stars on TV today and they are so sickly thin I say to myself.. Self I would rather be fat anyday than to look like that... give me a hell ya... peace outt |

For me the thing honestly has never been about a women's weight. Granted I prefer my women to have something to hold onto and whatnot. But I've never been attracted to a woman simply cuz of the fact that she has such and such or so and so. I tend to appreciate a kissable looking face over that. And well, I've only ran into one girl who couldn't kiss worth &*&* but that's a seperate story. However, with this in mind, most of the women who I've been with have been on the plus size. I get strange looks from some of my peers and even my father..But the funny thing is, Dad's no string bean at all. He's got a serious beer gutt. And I do emphasize beer. LOL! Dragon |

Before you worry about what people say consider the fact that one of the criticisms that Britney Spears got during her lackluster performance recently is that she looked fat. FAT? The only fat on that girl is between her ears! |

Greetings All... I've just finshed a similar debate on another BBW Site... As I said then... And I'll repeat here... It's not so much a case of BBW NOT think Us Guys Love/Like them...! It's more a case of... How often would You Date a BBW , Take her out on the night on the Town... Show Her Off etc. As I stated in another article... Most Men are more than happy the F!@# a BBW....! m More to Cuddle , Hold , Love in General... But if You ask this Large percentage of Men , How many of You would Marry... Or... Seriously Date a BBW... Suddenly this Percentage drops dramatically....????? Must be a LOT of... Shallow Men out there Me thinks...! Just My 2Cents Worth... Cheers! |

This isn't a size issue, its a guys can be real pri@ks issue. I have friends of all sizes and most are gun shy cause they have been lied to and hurt more than once over the years. The only answer is to not only not be a pr@ck yourself but also call your friends to the carpet when they are acting like a pri@k. Its a game to a lot of guys but most times its not to the woman. If a guy just wants a piece of ass then he should be honest and say so. Before her feelings start running deep. Yep she may reject you but no one gets hurt and you can move on to the next one. So why do woman not belive us? Easy and short answer.......we lie. jerald |
