Introduction: While growing-up I was always the so-called "Hopeful Romantic". I can remember, how many of my friends would approach me and ask me to write various poetry to that special person in their lives. Poetry that they would later proclaim to be their own. It was always a great pleasure to see the reaction of the person receiving the poetry, as they would say how truly special it was to receive such loving words. Their tender smiles and blossoming love would motivate and inspire me to continue to provide such favors. I later thought to myself, why not create a poem that a person who was not so poetic could share with another. Expressing what was truly felt. A poem that could be mailed or left with that special person, as that "Secret Admirer" later made themselves known. I was even considering putting it on the novelty market. Printing the poetry on fancy romantic styled stationary and selling it along with a shirt stating "It is I your' Secret Admirer!" Oh the ideas of a so-called "Hopeful Romantic...."
