I finally got back home from Florida yesterday.  I had a wonderful time with my family.  The weather was 83 and sunny the whole time.  I loved the theme parks most of the time.  Its hard sometimes when you are in a scooter and you are butt level with the crowd.  its not a pretty sight.  To me the best part was the ocean.  It was hard to get there walking in the sand but I managed.  On the way back we saw a sign that said handicapped beach.  That would have been nice but it was better going by myself.  Oh we went to Cocoa beach.  just beautiful.  The pirates dinner was wonderful.  it was on a boat in a lagoon.  It was very exciting and very intereactive.  A lot of yelling and laughing.  We also went to the medievel dinner.  No silverware.  It was fun but the ribs were messy.  The horses were beautiful and the men on them good looking.  I tried to take on of the riders home but he faught me so I had to let him go.  lol  I did think of you all as I was sitting in the hot tub at the hotel with my daquari. I didn't want to leave.  The plane ride was interesting also.  My daughter in law is afraid to ride so I helped her as best as I could.  I bought her the movie called plane of the living dead.  it didn't seem to help her much.

"Plane of the living dead???????"  ROFLMAO!!!  That sounds just like something you'd do Ms Shirley!!!  LMAO!!!!
Am glad to hear that you had a blast!!!  Yes, there's just something about the ocean shore that's different in Florida than anywhere else I've ever been.  When I was there we were on Amelia Island to be in a wedding, and we went beach combing.  I came home with all sorts of neat stuff.  Came close to picking up a beached Jellyfish, but the groom saw me and stopped me before I got ahold of it.  I've got all sorts of sharks teeth, sand dollars and beautiful shells!  I never knew there were so many different shaped shells in my life as what I saw there!!  It seemed like they were everywhere there on the island.  When we went across the bridge and into Jacksonville, it was almost like a different world.  It was fun, but way too 'busy' for me.  The nightlife there was unbelievable.  It was like a wild and crazy movie or something.  There were more folks out on the streets after dark than during the day there!
I'm soooooooooooooooo glad that you had a great time!!  One of these days I hope to get to either Disneyland or DisneyWorld.  Maybe it will happen, huh?  LOL!!!
You got any pictures for us???  Take care lady!
