Minutes Chocolate Mug Cake

1 Large Coffee Mug
4 Tablespoons of Flour (not self-rising)
4 Tablespoons of Sugar
2 Tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 Tablespoons of milk
3 Tablespoons of oil
3 Tablespoons of Chocolate Chips (optional)
some nut (optional)
splash of vanilla

Put dry ingredients into large coffee mug and mix well
Add egg and mix thoroughly.
Add milk and oil. Mix well.
Add choc. chips & nuts (if using them) & vanilla. Mix again.
Cook on high in your microwave for 3 minutes.
It will raise above the top of the mug, but don't worry.
Let it cool for a few minutes and either dump it onto a plate or just scarf it down out of the coffee mug.
OH!!  You may want a second coffee mug with your favorite coffee in it to drink while enjoying your cake!
