Him & Me
At first it was his silence,
It puzzled me so much.
But then he spoke with an eloquence,
That showed a tender touch.
A poet, a photographer,
A man of many means.
He's comfy in a shirt and tie,
But I know, prefers blue jeans.
He likes to ride his Harley,
Through the mountains of Idaho.
Says "City livin's just for sissies,
Once you've felt a mountains stream flow."
His being comes from the core of his soul,
And true love that dances through him.
He caresses your heart, and it's then you know,
You were created on more than a whim.
He calls me Soaring Hawks Woman,
Says my eyes always soothe and control.
But the love that flows between us,
Is as infinite as the sky's dark hole.
His hands are the gentlest in this world.
Creator knew what I needed, you see.
This world was made for livin'.
Especially for Him & Me!
