A few hours ago, an incident took place in the chat room, where lack of respect was shown to the gold hammers. So there has been a majopr change in the room, everythime a chatter enters they will be on spectator statis, the hammer who is in the room at that time is incharge to see if the new chatters have a profile, to judge if they are under 18 or if they have come there to crash the room or to break the laws. It will be each of your responsibilties to change the spectator to patricipent or to kick them out of the room, if you believe they will break the laws. Once you looked over each member, use your judgment and expearience as a manger to decider to change the person into participent or leave them as obser if they just lack a profile or to kick them.
