I gace Chaotic lots or warning about taken the war to this board, he was given three chances and he did not follow my warnings, so from this point on he had been banned from teh communuty permintary. Once I figure out a script most likely he will be degraded in the room as well. It seems he is taken full control and people he does not like for soem reason or other he bans, so there will be changes soon.
