Calista (Dark hair) and Delphine (Blonde)

Delphine lay in the cell shivering slightly from the cold bars. She was wondering when they would return Calista. She feared for her sister. Her sister lashed out a a guard for trying to touch her. She protected her and now she was being punished.

Calista returned an hour later, head bowed and wrists shackled. She curled up to Delphine when she got in the cell. Delphine brushed her sisters hair. "Do you want to talk about it sis?"Calista shook her head. "No Delphine. Not now, not ever." Calista was the stronger of the two. Always trying to protect Delphine but she also shut alot of things away.

~*~*~ NEXT MORNING~*~*~

The sounds of foot steps approaching woke the girls. Their cage door opened and the girls was lifted to their feet. "Your time to shine." they were immediately led to the stage and were placed standing at the front of the stage beside each other.

The auctioneer started. "Good Moring ladies and gentleman. I would like to start the morning off with beautiful, virgin sisters. You can take them as a pair or split them up but in my opinion a pair is more fun." He laughed and so did the crowd. The girls looked at one another. They coud speak to each other through thought. They looked out to the crowd again, Delphine shivered again. Calista looked at her sister. "It's okay. I won't let anything happen to you." The guard stood behind them nudged them. "Be quiet."

Calista finished her lunch in agreement.  "I feel blessed not lucky to have her.  I wouldn't trade her for anything." She looked away as she knew her eyes always gave her away.  She wasn't sure yet how she felt about this whole situation.  She might be able to adjust to it so long as her and Del could keep their relationship.

Delphine went to the basement and returned with the kit.  She gently unzipped the thin lingerie that the slaver put on her and pushed the straps aside.  Taking out some cleaner she poured some on a guaze pad and began dabbing the whip gashes.  Calista's features tightened and her whole body went rigid.  She sat there through it though. Delphine looked at their new master over Calista's shoulder.  A bit of worry on her face.

James noticed the worried look on Delphine's face. "Don't be so worried. Nothing bad is going to happen." He stood up. "Calista once she is done you will go back to the basement and rest. In the closet next to the door before you get to the basement is a few blankets and a pillow. You may use those. As for you Delphine. Since your sister will be resting for the rest of the day in the basement you will be doing her share of the work. Starting with cleaning the dishes."

Calista shook her head "No, I can do it.  Just let her finish bandaging it and I will do my share." She didn't like the thought of having her sister have to pick up her slack for the day.  She waited for Delphine to finish.  "I will do the dishes right now Sir." She stood.

Delphine picked up the bloodied gauze, the bandage wrappers and mess.  She nodded but looked at Calista in surprise with what she said.  "But.... " Calista shook her head and held her finger up.  "I won't have you taking up my slack because I chose to misbehave last night." Del opened her mouth "But you did that for..." Calista cut her off and picked up there lunch dishes.

"Calista what I told you was an order. You will go to the basement and rest. It was planed for your sister to not do much today. She was only going to work on your room. But that can wait." James took the dishes away from Calista and gave them to Delphine. "Delphine go and clean the dishes now." He turned to Calista and grabbed her arm not really caring if it hurt or not then took her down to the basement. "Your disobedience loss you the pillow and blankets." He walked out of the basement and closed the door behind him and locked it.

"Wait why?" Calista sighed hearing the lock turn.  She looked around the basement, exploring her surroundings.  This was going to be a long introductory period she could already tell." Finding a spot to sit she leaned against the wall and closed her eyes.

Delphine took the dishes and nodded bringing them to the kitchen.  She immediately began doing the dishes and wiping the counters down.  Once her job was done she went in search of the new master.  At least he didn't think of her as a 'toy'

James saw Delphine and walk up to her. "So the dishes are done that is good. Next you are going to start cleaning the house. You may not stop until the whole house is clean or until it is dinner time whichever comes first. The basement, your room and Calista's room to be are not to be cleaned."

Delphine nodded "Yes Master." She started to clean the house one room at a time, leaving the three rooms she was told to alone.  Leaving the kitchen for last she noticed it was getting close to dinnertime.  She started dinner.  While cooking dinner she cleaned the kitchen.

Calista sprawled out on the basement floor, sleeping on her stomach.  She slept occassionally getting up to pace the floor.  She was going to try and behave. Try to please the master.

Delphine decided to make the Master a special dinner.  Something he would enjoy.

James soon reopened the basement door. "You have rested enough I hope. You will assist your sister to prepare dinner. You will only do what is needed for you to do. Also when you are not doing something you must sit down I will let you use a chair. I will be watching the whole time to make sure you don't do too much." He turned around and started to head for the kitchen.

Calista nodded and joined Delphine in the kitchen.  They hugged.  "You ok." Calista nodded "I am fine." She winked at Del and stood beside her helping put the main course together.  She knowing the master was watching went over and sat in a chair but took the items to make a salad to do so.  Delphine glanced over her shoulder at Calista and smiled.  She was adjusting better, she just took a bit more. She hoped. Chopping up the vegetables Calista glanced over her shoulder to see Del smiling.  "Whats got you happy?" Del shrugged "It might not be our own home but he seems nice Calista.  You should give him a chance." Calista grimaced.  "I was going to until he used your body against me in the carriage." Silence fell in the room as they continued.

"Calista if you were going to give me a chance then you should not of threatened me like you did. That is not showing you giving me a chance. But more of giving me rules. That is something I can't allow." He walked up to her. "One reason is, if I let you and the government finds that out then not only will I lose both of you but there will be a good chance of you two losing each other. Well Delphine would of lost you. That would of been almost an guarantee."

She glanced at him and sighed.  "I was going to give you a chance but I was only saying what I did to protect her.  I won't have anyone hurting her or taking advantage of her." She literally bit her lip but decided she might as well say it and let him know how she thinks.  "I don't like rubbing people the wrong way but I will protect her no matter what, why do you think I have these marks on my back, they wanted to punish her and I took the beating, I just got it twice over." She closed her eyes for a moment so he wouldn't get the satisfaction of seeing her weakened.

Delphine looked over but quickly looked back away.  It was the first time she had heard her sister open up.  She was proud of her.

"Then next time choose your words more wisely. It is because of you that your sister has a higher chance of being hurt." He walked over to Delphine. "Delphine how much longer until dinner is done?"

Calista sighed.  Men were impossible to get through.  Shaking her head she began wiping down the counter and setting the table.

Delphine smiled "Just a few minutes and dinner will be done sir." she returned her attention to the hot pot in front of her.  "You have no allergies to food do you sir?" She asked softly.

"Good. You are lucky that I have none. Next time I have you cook you will wait until I tell you what to make." James walked out of the room to see how clean the other rooms were.
