Daniel shivered. He was standing barefoot in a light kimono on the smooth cool floor of the auction stage. Daniel didn't like it. He felt like a piece of meat in a butcher's shop being examined, weighed, and priced. He swallowed uncomfortably standing in the midst of a few other slaves for sale. This was his first time on the market, and he hoped he'd never have to be here agian. Crossing his fingers behind his back, he prayed for a kind person to purchase him. His cheeks were flushed and his eyes squeezed shut; Daniel hated crowds. Finally it was his turn. The auction master began speaking and prattling on about prices. He squeezed the thin cloth of the kimono, and pressed his knees together. He hated this. Being examined and talked about. It made him sick. |

Daniel listened to each word carefully. He pulled them apart and fit them together in his mind, looking for every possible hidden meaning. But as straightforward as he had been, he believed she was speaking in the same manner. So after a few moments, he bowed his head respectfully. "Mistress, I appreciate your words greatly," he began tentatively. "I hope that my words, when I should give them, will be of some use to you." He looked back up, slightly biting left inside of his lower lip. His eyes drifted once or twice to the window, but he could not determine their progress. In truth, he did not think he would mind sitting with Mistress Kamaria for quite a long while. He found her ultimately intriguing. |

Daniel was caught off guard by the question. He opened his mouth to answer, but then the actual question sunk in, and he found his jaw would move without making noise. Embarassed, he closed his mouth again and swallowed, trying to find where his voice had run away to. After what was really only a few seconds, but felt to him like a few hours, he timidly answered. "Yes, Mistress Kamaria. I.. am a virgin." Daniel did not even notice when his legs pressed together harder, almost a natural reaction to his shame. |

Daniel could feel the temperature in his body rise, and hoped that his cheeks didn't betray his confused emotions. But they did anyways, and they turned a bright pink. He mumbled something between a 'Yes Mistress' and a 'Thankyou Mistress' and drew his legs uptowards his chest. For the rest of the carriage ride, he'd keep his eyes trained on Mistress Kamaria's boots. |

"No!" Daniel blurted the answer quickly, frightened that he had offended Mistress. He almost burst into tears thinking that he had made her upset or angry with him. "In no way did I mean that at all Mistress Kamaria." Daniel tried to fall to his knees on the floor of the carriage and pressed his head lower to the ground. "Mistress you are the most beautiful creature I have ever known to walk this pitiful earth," he said sorrowfully, and he meant it. "I did not mean to offend you." |

Daniel felt and looked very perplexed. Perhaps he was doing something wrong? He did not understand. "I do, Mistress. You saved my life and for that I am eternally grateful. But.. does it displease you that I admire you so? I admit, you hold more sway over me than I thought could happen so quickly, but.. I had thought you knew this?" Daniel's face showed how confused and sorry he was. |

I'm fully aware that people find me to be beautiful...but for you to say such things, and to be so sincere...especially when you are a slave." She actually laughed a bit then. "You act almost as if you are in love with me or something." She sighed. He was dangerous. She'd decided this. He was a danger to her, and he didn't even know it. She liked him. Possibly even cared about him a bit. This was not good for her. It could easily be used against her. Daniel mulled it over. "I suppose it would be a little bit of both, Mistress Kamaria." He placed one hand on the back of his neck, leaning slightly on it; a nervous habit. "I've never been marketed as a slave for physical labor," he said slowly, measuring each word. "Nor as a... a sex slave either. I assume it is because of my shape, since there are many stronger males in the auction houses more suited to.. bedroom pleasures." He cocked his head a little in thought, another quirk. "I am not so much surprised that you have a sexual interest in me... And please Mistress, understand that it is difficult for me to speak about this. But I am surprised that you had proprietary interest in me at all. What I mean is, I am surprised you purchased me, where there were many other, more suitable slaves." |

Daniel was startled at the speed in which Kamaria moved. He gasped slightly and inhaled sharply when he found her rather well-endowed chest pressed up against his own. He knew that if he looked down to avert her gaze, he would be being rude for looking at her breasts, but he could not meet her eyes, so he settled for a point on her throat, to try and be respectful.
