I'm now on Metronidazole and it's working!
3 days and normal(ish) BM's!
Leading contender is currently an atypical Giardia infection, possibly complicated by diabetes. Whatever it is, the antibiotics are working.
The nausea and general malaise have gone, no diarrhea and I'm starting to reintroduce foods that previously set me off. |
