I actually dont care.  As far as I'm concerned, he placed himself in the situation.

She is quoted as saying he was in prison for monor offences; to start with, its difficult enough to get someone banged up for serious offences like assault - minor offences dont get a look in unless the scrote is refusing to carry out alternative community based sentences.

 

As I said above, if you think you may get cold in prison. dont put yourself there!  Simple really..........
