Beat all together on high speed with electric beater for 10 minutes.
Pour on grease proof paper covering oven tray. Shape into a circle
giving
room to spread.
Put in preheated oven at 350 and immediately reduce to 300 Cook for 20
-30
minutes the turn off and leave in heated oven for at least 1 hour
Chocolate Filling
In a pot melt the chocolate and milk, stirring until smooth. Remove from
the
heat and whisk in the butter and brandy and cool for 1 hour.
When the choco mixture has cooled whip the cream. Stir in half the cream
into
the choc mixture to lighten it, then fold in the remaining cream. Spoon
into
the centre of the pav arrange fruit and choc curls over the cream.
