I-Rush Cream 1

Ingredients

3 eggs

300ml cream

i tin sweetened condensed mild

1 cup whiskey (cheap & nasty will do)

2 teaspns instant coffee

1/4 teaspns Hansells coconut essence

2 tablespn drinking choccy or 2 teaspn choccy essence

 

 

Procedure

put everything in blender, and give yourself a quick shot of the whiskey.  (hey, this is meant to be fun!)

whisk on high speed for 3 minutes

pour into sterilised bottle

 

* i have found that its betterer to use an extra 1/2 cup of whiskey and more coconut essence (to your personal taste)
