Some of that situation has to be choice. There are accomidation suppliments availible and they are not that hard to get. We come close to qualifying!

accomidation suppliments - are they any better than vitamin supplements?
 
There is no need for this - any benefit is quite sufficient to cover essential needs.  Even better if youve got 7 kids!!!
 
They should be left alone to live in squalor and overcrowding - instead of finding a nice Otara home for the family

The Handbrake and I had 3 each Beaker - a total of 6 in the house plus us and 3 dogs.
The difference between us & them, is you and I dont expect the state to provide us with housing and handouts!
