Dick went and saw the bosses on Monday (once the drivers had left for the day).
They are extremely grateful that he brought it to their attention, they had no idea the problem was that bad. Looks like the manager is DTR though. They have told the drivers that at this stage, if there is NO drug use at work, they will leave the police out of it. But if Dick or any member of his family is in any way threatened or repercussions taken then the COMPANY will refer the matter to police.
So I am feeling better, plus I have Tim's dogs here as well as my own. Two are really huge huntaways and two smaller dogs. Yet the smaller dogs are the more agressive and protective - go figure!
At this stage it doesn't look like Dick will be able to start work until the New Year

but the mortgage is covered for the short time as the owners paid out his full stats (which they had no obligation to do, because of the stand he made
