What an a-hole!

 

And the situation was made worse, by the new 'News' being disnterested in XNC, and treating the management of the messageboard as a dirty job, beneath him/her (Remember the 'play nicely' thread she/he started?). She/he would have ignored the warning from MSN. I wonder what the other staff at XTRA think of the new 'News' now that their messageboard has been shut down due to his/her inaction! I notice the 'messageboards' link on Xtra still goes to XNC!

When the Xtra site got redesigned, they stopped linking threads from XNC to 'have your say' links on Xtra. As it was, we were doing most of the work, as we would start threads on current issues first, and the old 'News' just provided a link. She even mentioned that it made her job easier, and she appreciated it.

But the new 'News' was a pain from the start, and his/her attitude towards complaints was poor to say the  least. I hope she/he gets a bollocking for screwing up whenever Xtra actually figures out their messageboard is down!

 

 

Hmmmm, maybe we could offer Xtra to provide a link to XNC2.
