3 Lg. Chicken Breasts
Soya Sauce
Garlic Powder
1 Lg. White Onion (chopped)
1 Lg. Head Cabbage (sliced)
7 Carrots (french cut strips)
3 Tblsp. Oil
1 Package Bean thread Noodles (they look clear)
Cook Chicken in a Kettle of water, with Garlic Powder, Oil
Chopped up Cabbage & Onion, Carrots...
After Chicken becomes tender take out of kettle and shred chicken meat, lay to one side.
Add to kettle 1/2 cup of Soya sauce, Plus Onions, Cabbage, Carrots- let cook till tender, add chicken back into Kettle mix together stir real good till mixture is blended..... keep cooking on medium heat.
In another bowl add HOT water, then 1 package Bean Thread Noodles, they will start growing in bowl.. once they are done, Drain Well, Take Bean Thread Noodles and add to kettle mixture.. Fold together then ..
Serve in bowls-
