During this time of rapid change and outer chaos in our world, there will be an increasing need for each of us to master and practice regular Soul communications. Events during the next several years are going to be turbulent and unpredictable. Without inner Soul guidance, many of us may be swept away by the rising currents of political, economic, earth and climatic change. Unforeseen events due to the ending of major solar, galactic and cosmic cycles will precipitate immense and strange events that have never occurred in human history. General outside guidance will not be enough for us. Each of us needs to seek and listen to the inner guidance that is uniquely ours if we are to survive this chaotic period. Where should I live or move to in order to be safe? What type of employment should I pursue? Should I continue my current relationships? These are just some of the many questions that we might have. Our very survival may depend on what we do.

To understand Soul communications we need to understand that we are talking about communicating with another aspect of our selves that has direct links with Spirit and other finer dimensions. As a personality and a physical body, we are all energy projections or holographic projections of our individual Soul, Higher Self or Oversoul. They are all the same Spirit. Our Soul is a beam of high ultra –sonic frequency energy that vibrates at such a high rate that it becomes the spark that sustains our life. Our Soul was birthed by the Holy Spirit and the Soul was made in Its image and of the same God energy. ]So our personal link to the Creator is through our Soul which is the “Spirit of God that dwelleth in you �? The bible admonishes us to seek first the kingdom of God, [really the inner kingdom of the Soul]. It also tells us that the kingdom of God is really within us. Yet most people seek God outside of themselves, in churches and by praying to religious idols.

Max Freedom Long in his fine book called Growing into Light, said it best; namely, “The High Self is a part of ourselves. It is the highest of our three selves in man. It is the Guardian Angel, the Father Within, and the personal savior. All prayers, no matter whom addressed, and regardless of the multiplicity of gods and idols, can go to no place but the Higher Selves. This is one of the great secrets of all times. Mr. Long also said, “Once recognized for what it is, the Higher Self will ever be ready to accept the invitation to guide and help us.�?

Now some of us have been getting inner e-mail from our Soul for a long time but very few of us take time to decipher the message or to even acknowledge that there even was a message. We quickly delete them or ignore them totally.

Our Soul tries to speak to us through dreams or inner thoughts planted during quiet periods or whenever the conscious mind is at rest and messages from the subconscious are more easily received. Soul impulses to the personality become more prominent during and after the age of 28 to 35. As Ann Ree Colton stated in her book The Draughts of Remembrance, “From the 33rd year to the 35th year something deep within �?between man and soul, soul and God �?presses forth and seeks to be heard.�?

This is the period when we choose to serve the idols of man or God. Perhaps you can remember that phase of your life and the deep desire for change that you felt. Many of us go to seek our fortune outside of ourselves rather than look for the treasures within. However the more we get caught up in the material world, the more will our personality push the whispers of the Soul to the background and the more difficult it will be for us to hear our Soul. This imbalance in the desires of the personality and the goals of Soul will create imbalance in our life and manifest as various forms of mental and emotional illnesses, For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul [St Matthew 16:26]
Perhaps we should define some of the terms that we have been using.

Higher Self or Soul:
Our Soul is eternal, spiritual, created by the Holy Spirit, projects part of its energies into many different parallel realities in order to learn and grow, has intelligence, grace and memory, has super conscious mind, very selective in what it remembers, has access to information from various spirit realms, its form is an energy beam or compact cosmic energy, multi-dimensional, has various spiritual and telepathic gifts, has specific purpose, goals and a contract to complete them, neither masculine nor feminine, in constant touch with the intelligence field of lower self, has higher discernment level than the lower self, has dominion over the entire package of lower, middle and higher self, ultimate decision maker, leaves many duties to middle and lower self to handle, our link to the Creator, we need to ask It to participate in our daily affairs

Middle Self:
Conscious mind, the reasoning mind, directs the subconscious mind, the builder, the programmer and gardener of our mind, plays the leadership role for our personality, key decision maker on the conscious plane,

Lower Self:
Subconscious mind, the non reasoning mind, memory bank, runs or operates the physical body, can communicate with others and send energy and thoughts to them, controls inner senses, computer, creates dreams, the genie of our bottle
Dreams are one of the tools that the Soul uses. Intuition and special moments of meditation and journalizing are tools that the personality can use to communicate with the Soul.

Except ye be converted and become as little children, ye shall not enter the kingdom of heaven [Matthew 18:3] The book Huna Code in Religion by Max Freedom Long teaches us that the path to our Higher Self or Soul is through the Lower Self or subconscious mind [often portrayed as a child]. Thus in order to communicate with this inner child we must learn the language of the inner child and thus become like a child.

Some individuals are already mastering this technique and can link up with their Soul during certain periods of the day. Techniques like the pendulum are ideal for linking first with the subconscious mind and then through the subconscious, to the super conscious mind and the Soul. The use of a Selenite wand will help here also. Gradually a link with the Soul can be bridged directly. By programming the subconscious mind to link up with our Soul and to seek answers for us, one can gradually learn to communicate with one’s Soul directly.
If you have never practiced communications with your Soul, below are some hints that the writer has found helpful.

1] Make a personal commitment to yourself and tell your Soul that from henceforth you want to work together and to receive Soul guidance. Above all love and accept yourself, as you are, a unique soul who chose to be here at this exciting time in human history. If you feel guilty about any past misdeeds, work at balancing this by helping others to offset any past misdeeds that may still bother you.

2] In your prayers ask for guidance on how to achieve Soul communications in a way best suited for you personally. Spirit cannot help you unless you ask first. Visualize your Soul being with you all day by selecting a form or symbol for your Soul. [A golden sun above you]

3] Set aside regular 20-30 minute moments of quiet mediation when the senses and the mind are stilled. Ask for specific guidance for yourself and then listen to your soul answers in quiet meditation. Ask your Soul “HOW SHALL WE DO THIS.�?Some write a letter to their Soul. Use regular affirmations during the day like, “My Soul [my link to the Creator] is always with me.�?BR>
4] Find out the best time for you. The writer was guided personally to meditate between 8 pm and 8 am when the daily chores and daily worries are at their lowest

5] Use music to still your mind. Some use regular place where they communicate with their Soul, like an altar or special place in your home.

6] Take regular walks in the woods or park by yourself and go over your concerns and listen to the thoughts that come. Nature will help you to defog your mind.

7] Keep a dream diary and learn to interpret your dreams. Ask for guidance before you fall asleep

8] There are many excellent books that help you to meditate, to cleans and heal the physical body and to clear any mental and emotional blocks. Again seek outside help if you are having any problems here

9] Experiment with various spiritual tools like the pendulum, various gemstones, Jaguar wisdom [Mayan] and palmistry to establish alternative communication techniques and to seek more information about your soul history.

10] Follow the principles of ASK, [Ask, Seek and Knock] Be open to new ideas, books and events that suddenly pop up around you as you seek answers.

11] Always protect yourself by mentally surrounding yourself with golden/ white light before meditation or dreaming. Always maintain and ask for protection.

12] Find new friends and groups that vibrate with the NEW you for YOU WILL CHANGE. You may go through several before you find the ones you really want to join. Learn to relate to others better. Learn to communicate with different people better by listening more.

13] Learn the language of a child [repetition, rhyme, simplicity, poetry, play, laughter, mantras, affirmations, etc]

Thus we see that soul communications will help each of us to achieve Soul and personality co-operation. Through this balance, the Soul can express it self-more fully during this critical period. Our Soul has a much larger field of vision and information, which it can communicate to the personality. Working together we are better able to survive the upcoming period of change.

Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live ; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David [Isa.53:3] For those who persevere in this spiritual pursuit the promise of the third initiation can be at their grasp and the Soul illumined mind finally assumes dominant role in one’s life.
