Protection Prayer, Grounding
Protection: You may choose whatever method you wish for protection, but would advise when working with Guides and Spirits to use the Chakra Method....it is one of the highest forms of protection and will energize you as well. Find a quiet room where you won't be disturbed...you may light a candle if you wish, sometimes this helps in setting the mood and the Guides like it too.
If its during the day you might want to pull the blinds or draw the curtains, or sit with your back to the windows so that light doesn't shine in your eyes. Now, close your eyes....take 3-5 deep breaths of Prana, inhaling through the nose and thinking Love, exhale through the mouth thinking Peace.
In your minds eye see a brilliant pure white Light come down and go into the top of your head, this is the Crown Chakra...now send this energy down through the Chakras and have them to send energy to the parts of the body they are over. Feel this energy as it goes through your body and Lights up each cell, feel the Unconditional Love and joy....just sit for a minute and feel this....now send this energy out your tailbone area the Root Chakra, down into earth, deep, deep, now ask Mother Earth to share in this energy with you in what you are doing and send Her love....she will return it and ask Her to please ground you.
Then bring that energy back up through your tailbone up the through the Chakras out the Crown Chakra in a beautiful Rainbow Fountain of energy. Now you have energy coming in of Pure White Light and energy coming up from Earth and going out the top of you head, both simultaneously....feel how beautiful this is. You are now protected and grounded....you may wish to say a prayer of some kind.
I usually say something like;
"May the Light protect me, nothing but goodness can come to me, nothing but goodness can go from me."
Or you may use one of your own choosing. When through, close down your Chakras...just say 'close down and think of them as closing.....now, imagine around your feet that there are roots like from a tree, visualize them going into Mother Earth, give her love and ask Her, Please that she ground you again....then bring the roots back up through your feet to the knees or hips....you are now grounded. The Guides welcome you, our Angels are here to protect you, and they all smile down on you with.
Here is another way;
- to ground yourself when meditating and working or communicating with Your Guides, Teachers, Angels, Spirit Animals.
When you bring energy in, from the Univerval Flow in the Crown Chakra and send it to each Chakra, then 'feel' the energy go throughout your body, send a message to each cell to fill with this Unconditional Love.
Relax and sit for a minute 'feeling' this....then at the base of your tail bone send this energy into earth....deep within her to the Crystals, and ask to be connected to your 'Personal' crystal, the one that is for you only.
When you feel connected....take a moment and just feel the Crystal....the atoneness...the beauty of joining as a whole with all of Creation.
Notice any other emanations, thoughts, ideas, feelings.
You now have the Light energy from the Universal Flow coming into to you, going throughout your body and out the tail bone down to your personal Crystal.
It is 'shaft' of Pure energy that connects you to the Higher Realms and to Earth. You are grounded and ready to work.
When your through working, bring the energy back up and imagine there are roots in it, bring it up through the soles of your feet, up to the knees or hips, whichever you feel is needed.
