Dry Rub for Chicken, Ribs or Brisket
1 Tbs. ground black pepper
1 Tbs. ground white pepper
1 Tbs. sugar
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 Tbs. chili powder
1 Tbs. cumin
1 Tbs. garlic powder
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 Tbs. ground oregano
4 Tbs. paprika (the sweet kind - not the hot kind)
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbs. celery salt
1 Tbs. salt
Thoroughly combine all ingredients.
Rub mixture into the meat, wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Store leftover mixture into an airtight jar or in freezer.
