This is my version of handy Tips in the Kitchen-

Working with Beef- Roasts. Bone In or Bone Out.. doesn't matter.

a Roast can be as tuff as ever, But if You would like it tender, here is an Idea, I tried it and it worked.

Take your Roast- get a large enough Bowl to hold both Roast and liquid..

Wash Roast off after taking it out of package, set Roast in Bowl, Pour White or Brown Vineger over roast- I would say 1/2 Cup, and use 1 Cup of water.... let soak 24 hours in refrig.. You should also turn it over before going to bed so other side can soak up liquid..

Next day- prepare your veggies and get Your Roast out of refrig, and take bowl to sink- Pour out all Liquid, take Roast out and put in baking pan-dish-pot whatever you plan on cooking it in...

Cook it, by the time dinner is ready Your roast will fall off bone, or just fall apart.

And You will NOT taste the Vineger Either..
