1 cup hot espresso or double-strength coffee
1/4 cup sugar
Dash of salt
1 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 cup milk
About 1/4 cup whipped topping
Grated orange peel
Mix espresso, sugar and salt in 4-cup microwavable measure; add chocolate.
Microwave uncovered on high 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is melted.
Stir in milk.
Microwave uncovered 2 to 3 minutes
or until hot.
Beat with hand beater until smooth.
Top each serving with spoonful of whipped topping; sprinkle with orange peel.
