Headache Oils

Oils  that can help  against headaches:
Rose
Lavendar
Lemon Balm
Chamomile
Peppermint
Eucalyptus
Marjarom

Applications

You can add a few drops of Lavendar or Rose or Lemon Balm to a tissue and inhale the scent.

Lavendar is safe enough to apply directly ( this is called "neat application" ).

Apply a drop to the temples.

*If you have sensitive skin or are unsure as to whether you are sensitive or allergic to lavendar then DO NOT try this application.*

Is your headache related to sinuses or stuffy noses?

Try  a couple drops each of peppermint and eucalyptus as a steam inhalation treatment.

Basically get a pot of water heated (not boiling....just steaming) add the drops, put your face over the pot of water (be sensible here) with a towel over your head as a hood so you can breathe in the steam.

Keep your eyes closed and inhale the vapors for 5 minutes or so.

Take  4 or 5 drops  each of lavendar, peppermint, and marjoram. and  mix those with 5 teaspoons of a carrier oil.,
( I personally like Sweet Almond Oil).

When you have that all mixed up give yourself a nice neck massage.

Maybe a relaxing bath with up to 10 drops of lavendar, chamomile or rose, ( or a combo of all three totalling no more than 10 drops).

Remember to mix the water up REAL good or you can always add the drops to a couple of teaspoons of carrier oil.

If you need a decongestant aid you can use peppermint, marjoram or ecaulyptus.

No matter what combo you use make sure you use NO MORE than 10 drops in the bath.

I hope maybe some of these suggestions help.
