One Summer weekend we all headed up to Hamm -Hamm for camping.
We all set up our tents for a Nice Long weekend of fun near the River. Everyone who was in Our camping Party were Tony, Me, Jenn, Julie and Rebel our Dog, Plus TG Tony's new puppy.. Tony's Sister Kris and Her Husband John and their Two kids Steve and Becky and their New Puppy Coke...
Well all settled in for a night of relaxation around the campfire.. Toasting Hotdogs and all the goodies that go with it... Kris and I were making our salads and adding them to Plates while the kids were washing up and the Guys were pulling logs and stumps closer to the fire so we all could sit and eat...
After dinner, we sat around talking about all the wierd stuff we were getting Ourselves into, with the Circle at the House...
While Looking across the top of the Flames I was watching John talking to Kris, He was making a BIG deal that he Could Chop a branch in half better than she could. I joined in and said Wanna Bet US girls can do better than You guys.. Well the bet was on for the next day- Who was gonna Win cutting a Branch in half with the Axe- Would have to Cook the Next meal for everyone in Our camp site...
Rise and shine- It was the next Morning, and the Guys were getting ready to chop more wood for the firepit - and of course You could see them and hear them whispering to themselves that They could do better chopping wood than either one of us girls...
Kris said she had enough- and walked over and grabbed the axe from John- Took 4 whacks and split the wood... Of course everyone laughed that it took her 4 times to split it...
I walked over took the axe from Kris and told her to stand Back.. I set the Wood on the stump, aimed and whacked it Once- it split straight through.. I stepped back and looked around, everyones Mouth was dropped clear to their knees..lol John said DAMN she is Good!!! lol
Kris walked over to me and asked me If I had ever tried staring someone down, I said No I had never tried it- is it fun? She kinda smiled and said If you do it right You can see someone else other than the person you are staring at, I said REALLY? Wow- ok lets do that..
She sat in front of me --- I sat in front of her Looking at her- She said You can't blink, or you are out of the game, I said Ok..
Staring at her all I could see were colors coming from around her body and heat waves, nothing more. Her face was the same except alittle blurry.. While sitting there, I was explaining to her what I was seeing, as she was explaining to me what she saw around me...
Next was Johns turn, as I sat there getting ready to start the game again, He Started complaining that he was uncomfortable sitting on the Log, I told him to be quiet so I could do this Game, that Kris started..
I must have gone in to deep on him cause I started Seeing a Skull after the skin started rolling off his head, by the time I reached his shoulders I saw Bones protruding out from beyond his shoulders, He had NO Eyes, just black sockets..
I was explaining to him what I was seeing.. When He jumped up, it broke my connection...
Kris walked over and said WOW- that was intense, She said she could see what I was seeing, even though she wasn't sitting right there in front of him..
I said Well thats what I saw, and in my gut I knew even if they were married- that their Marriage wasn't as it seemed to be...
After that time I never tried staring someone down, haven't since then.. But that was darn right wierd feeling, I was having while staring at him and seeing what I saw...
After that Experience, I really didn't stay to close to where John was, He gave me the creeps- I talked to Tony about it, and he said Yes, John is sometimes really wierd..lol I said No this is really bad, I think he might hurt Kris and the kids, so I am warning You now... as to what I have a feeling about..
Later after the weekend was over, We heard through Tony's parents that John had gone off his rocker and had beat the holy crap out of Kris, plus landed Steve in the hospital with a couple of broken bones, Kris was in for a broken arm & wrist, and their daughter Becky hadn't been hurt cause she had been out playing with some of the neighborhood kids...
Was it what I saw? or felt about him ? Who knows!
