Sometimes I have ringing in my ears when talking to people in the chatrooms.  And to me it was like a RED FLAG of warning showing itself to me.

That whomever I was talking to was telling a untruth, and yes it could have been a Spirit Guide warning me against this person.

Even now when my Guides are around I can smell whatever they bring with them, Bananas, (when I have none in the house), Chocolate (when I don't have it in the house), Stale Beer, Cigar Smoke/Pipe Smoke.

And the worst smell I have had was Rotten Eggs (sulfur)..

That was a Bear that came to Visit us one evening while we were doing a Circle. 

The next bad smell that I have encountered was the smell of Wet Hair/Fur from an animal, another visitor while doing our circle.

When I don't smell Food, and I know my Guides are around they normally just touch my Shoulder, my Side, my Head or they play with my Hair.

I know for a fact, when wearing socks, and my feet are warm, but they get Cold and it goes clear up to my Knees..

I have some Animals that sit close enough to feel their Coldness.

And sometimes I can even smell when it is around me, "The Smell of death"... To me it is a Sweetness, almost like Burnt Sugar..
