When moving into a new home or apartment, it's a good idea to cleanse it first. The atmosphere of the home will then be fresh and clear of any negativity left from previous occupants.

 If you have lived in your home for years, it's still a good idea to cleanse it, especially if you have been feeling depressed or even after an argument. This cleansing seems simple and non-time consuming.

Usage

 To purify home; This ritual is intended to get rid of negativity in the home, but it also helps to promote a more peaceful, more loving environment.

You will need:

 Smudge Sticks [or Incense]

 Salt

 Water

Cast the cirlce about the house. Light the incense/smudge sticks, going from room to room, corner to corner, purifying the house with the elements air and fire.

 Chant:

 "By the elements of Fire and Air, I call unto the towers;  Purify this home, Repel all negative energies That dwell within."

 Next, mix; the salt and the water,  and go once again from room to room, corner to corner,  purifying the house with the element water.

 Chant:

 "Let only positive energy enter,

Bless this home, O Creator,

Sanctify it and keep it pure,

So I ask it,"
