The use of your personal energy is a very private thing. I won't stand here and tell you what to do with your energy.
I could tell you, who's to say you would listen?
So instead I am just going to share what I see and know. Use what you can and leave the rest. Personal Energy....modern times often define personal energy as your essence, your spirit, your soul; and that it is. But let's keep it really simple here shall we?
Your personal energy is just that yours.....sort of. Any spiritual path you are on, I don't care what it is, have one binding belief, stated in various ways, but still stated: "Somehow someway we are all one, we are all connected."
Isn't that a kick in the pants.....here is your personal energy, do with it as you will, but remember it really isn't all yours it also belongs or effects the collective whole.
Well folks it is true. In one way shape or form, what you do with your personal energy effects some part of this web of life we are all stuck in. I see too many times people come to me for guidence or an ear to listen with.
It usually takes me all of about 2 seconds to determine, is this person working to aid themselves, or is this person just flinging out it's energy and expecting the universal whatever to fix it. Rarely am I wrong.
If you're one I can see, is actually working, I will bend over backwards for you, if your one who is sending your energy out for the universe to deal with, I am also going to bend over backwards, but in a different way. I'll bend over,let your energy sail on by me, out to the cosmos like you intended, and I will do nothing for you.
It's your energy afterall....who am I to judge what ya do with it. Now if your wanting to really get somewhere on your personal path, let's look at your energy shall we?

That's your energy, magnified 4000 gagillion times compared to the energy of the Universe (or God/Goddess/Spirit as people sometimes relate the Universe to) So that is it folks that one little dot is all you have to work with in this big scheme of things. Feeling pretty small?
Hope so, I am trying to show you in reality you are! But oh what that little dot can manifest in a lifetime, if your energy is focused...it's just beautiful to even think of it!
From the moment you are born, you begin scattering the energy contained in that little dot. And we as humans scatter our energy soooooo well.
As Shaman we recognize the value of that little dot and we work our whole lives, and usually all of the lives we live just to recall all of our energy back to that little dot. Imagine your that little dot, and you KNOW this, but in order to get back into the full stream of the energy of the Universe or "God/Spirit/Goddess" you have to be a whole dot.
BUT your such a little dot, and you scattered your energy all over this Universe.....AHHHHH That is your spiritual path folks. Your a dot, in that dot is your energy, it is connected to all, because it is. You have, since your creation and becoming a dot, scattered your energy everywhere you could think and places you didn't know existed, and now your trying to gather it all back to one little dot.....so your traveling all over the place gathering it all back, or trying to.
All so you can be whole with the One again... That my friends is spirituality in a nutshell.
