Right now there are many people who are connecting with their Guides....if you are new to this, or you already have connected, but have a new Guide/Teacher or wish to have a clearer connection the following will help much you greatly!
Behind the head at the base of the skull to either side of the indention in the center, and about 3 fingers width from the center, you will feel two ridges....these are the Yuzhen Points.
I usually take my index and long fingers on both hands, placing them on each of these points and very 'gently but steadily' massage them for about 30 seconds....or you may simply apply light pressure, whichever works best for you.
By doing this it causes a shift from the conscious brain activity of the Cerebral Cortex to the subconscious and intuitive brain activities of the Medulla. You'll find that this will induce an altered state of consciousness...it will slow the metabolism of the body and helps trigger a shift from the conscious mind to the subconscious.
Also some tools that will help with a more intuitive connection are:
Pendulums, Tarot, Auto-matic Writing, to name but a few.
Also it is best to write down what you do, how you did it, and what information you received, with the date and time, to keep in a journal.
Not only is it good to go back through these, but we often find that some things we received have come to pass...it also 'grounds' the connection and will help with further spirit connections....you may also gain additional information while writing.. I have found this often to be the case!
It is highly important to make sure you brought in energy through your Chakras or whatever method you choose, but make absolutely sure that you are 'centered' and are grounded. Be very selective in what you wish to ask your Guides...we don't want to use Spirit Guide contact for commercialization or to demonstrate the ego, as this will cause problems!
Also contact with non-physical states has a tendency to draw our consciousness away from our physical life focus. This is the reason why we stress being 'centered and grounded' in all work that we do with our Spirit Guides.
We draw our focus from the outer and turn it to the inner, then also we need to learn to turn it from the inner to the outer....this can be confusing and throw our energies off balance if we are not centered and grounded. After a period of time, you will find that this comes naturally to you....to center and ground within seconds and connect right away....and this can be done off and on all day, and anywhere, even in public, as you receive and send messages.
But, in the beginning stages, we must learn to discipline ourselves by always taking precautions....also when you bring energy down from the Universal Flow it will energize you and fill each cell with light....this causes your Chakras to spin faster and in turn will help you to go into an altered state of consciousness naturally and quickly....it facilitates the beautiful emanations from the Higher Realms and we need this for our growth. Also by centering...we come into contact with the very core of our Being, the Center of ourselves from the Source of All.....this is important to know and understand...then we ground ourselves and there are many various ways of doing this....the easiest is through the soles of the feet by taking the energy down into the Earth, connecting with Her, sending love and energy to Her, letting Her know that we love Her and want to be a part of Her, then ask Her to ground us.....this allows us to connect with the Higher Realms and still be connected to Earth, and that will protect us even further...it is a 'must' to do this, or problems may ensue.
Another method of sending energy to Her is at the base of the Root Chakra or end of the tail bone...send the energy out there down into Earth and do the above for grounding...you'll find this method is much stronger to use particularly for extensive work. Will be putting up some pages with more information regarding the body, energy points and connecting with Spirit Guides in the next week or by that time.
Know that the above Yuzhen Points will help you tremendously in connecting and having a clearer connection.. Let us know how you do with this!
