Mango Liquado
(In Mexico, you can pick out your fruit and watch while the liquado is made.)
2 large ripe mangos, peeled and cut into chunks
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup milk
1 Tbs. lime juice
Combine the mangoes, pineapple juice, milk and lime juice in a blender or food processor.
Puree until smooth.
Pour into a large glass pitcher and chill at least 2 hours.
Pour into stemmed glasses and serve at once.
A jigger of Rum can be added to each drink.
