Chicken With Walnuts
3 boned half-chicken breasts
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup dry ginger ale
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup coarsely broken nuts
Cut uncooked, boned chicken into generous sized pieces.
Dust with flour and saute in butter 10 minutes.
Stir frequently utnil golden brown.
Spinkle lightly with salt (remember soy is salty).
Dust nuts with flour and add to chicken, stirring until nuts are golden brown.
Add ginger ale and soy sauce, lemon juice last of all.
Simmer until tender, stirring to blend.
