Polynesian Chicken - Crockpot
1 can pineapple chunks in light syrup (8 oz)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (3 oz ea)
1 can chicken broth
1/4 cup vinegar, cider
2 T brown sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, fresh/minced
1 large green pepper, cut in squares
1 medium onion, cut in chunks.
Spray crock with Pam. Put chicken in crock.
Combine rest of ingredients in pan on stove, Heat just to dissolve brown sugar. Pour sauce over chicken. Add pepper & onion.
Heat on low, cook 7-8 hours.
Serves 4.
