2 Cups Fresh Brussel Sprouts
3 Carrots Cut and quartered
1/3 Cup Orange Juice
1 tsp. Cornstarch
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
Cut Brussel Sprouts in half. In a medium sauce pan Combine Sprouts & Carrots.. Cooked covered in a small amount of Boiling water for 10 - 12 minutes...
Drain well
In small bowl stir together the Orange Juice, Cornstarch, Sugar, Nutmeg, Salt...
Return Veggies to saucepan, then Add Mixture, Cook and Stir over Medium heat till thickened and bubbly, Cook and stir for 1 minute more.....
Serve Immediately....
