Pineapple Casserole
1 20oz can Pineapple, chunk or tidbits
3 T Pineapple juice
3 T flour
½ C sugar
1 C graded cheese
1 stick butter
½ C Ritz Crackers, crumbs
Drain Pineapple and reserve the juice. Mix together juice, flour and sugar. Stir mixture into Pineapple with the cheese. Pour Pineapple mixture into greased casserole dish. Melt the butter and fold in the cracker crumbs. Put cracker crumbs on top of the Pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350* for 20 to 30 minutes.
