10 Medium sized Mushies (whole)
3 Cloves Garlic (diced finely)
1 small Chilli (diced finely)
1 Tblspn fresh parsley (diced finely)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine (dry)
1 teaspoon butter
Heat oil and butter in pan, add half the chilli and half the garlic, and fry until garlic turns light golden, add mushies and fry for 1 minute.
Add remaining garlic, chilli and all the parsley. Cook until mushies almost done add white wine and cook for 1 minute. Serve with Crusty bread.
(for those who dont like prawns like me LOL)
