Sauerkraut Cake Surprise
Cream:
1/2 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix Together:
2 Cup Flour
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Cocoa
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 - 8oz can 1 Cup Sauerkraut
Cream, then add Eggs, Mix together dry ingredents, Stir in water, Drain and Cut and Rinse Sauerkraut, then add to all mixture..
Bake 40 minutes-- 350 Degree oven
