| | | Earla, don't worry if you don't have any leftover chicken for this Swiss 'n Chicken Casserole.
All you have to do is pan fry a chicken breast on medium-high heat for 5 to 6 min. or until cooked through. Or just pick up 2 packages of (6 oz. each) Oscar Mayer Grilled Chicken Breast Strips or Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Cuts from your local grocer (who's going to tell?).

Prep Time: 20 minutes Total Time: 1 hour Makes: 6 servings, about 1 cup each
| 4 | cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey | | 2 | cups croutons | | 1 - 1/2 | cups Kraft Shredded Swiss Cheese | | 1 | cup sliced celery | | 2/3 | cup Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip Light Dressing | | 1/2 | cup milk | | 1/4 | cup chopped onion | | PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients.
SPOON into 2-qt. casserole.
BAKE 40 min. or until heated through.
