1 bag [about 14 oz] Doritos 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can chicken broth 1 can of diced tomatoes with chilis 2 - 3 cups shredded jack/chedder cheese 4 - 5 chicken breasts
Poach the chicken breast in some chcken stock for about 10 minutes with a clove of garlic. Let cool, then shred into small pieces.
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan. Smash the whole bag of Doritos into crumb. Mix all canned goods on low heat with wisk until well mixed. Place a layer of Doritos on bottom of pan, followed by some chicken, followed by about half of the sauce, and a layer of cheese. Then repeat until you fill the dish [this should be the last layer].
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes, depending on how melted the cheese is on top.
