SORRY , I HAVE NOT BEEN WITH THE GROUPS I BEEN SICK OFF AND ON WITH THE SINUS PROBLEM FROM THE IDAHO WEATHER HERE AND I ONLY COME ON LINE TO CHECK MY MAILS AND THEN GO OFF LINE , I AM SO DRAIN AND VERY TIRED ALOTS AND JUST DONT HAVE THE ENERGY AND I BEEN RESTING ALOTS AND RELAX AND TRYING TO GET BETTER AND ALSO HAVING A HARD TIMES SLEEPING AT NIGHT TOO.................

i have sinus trouble from time to time and its horrible... the headaches are horrendous... so be well and see ye when you can come in...huge hugs...
