Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the tea and brown sugar. Add raisins, cover, and let soakovernight. Stir beaten egg and orange marmalade into the tea/raisin mixture. Sift together dry ingredients and blend into the tea/raisin mix. Grease two 9-by-5-inch loaf pans. Divide the batter evenly between the pans. In pre-heated 350-degree oven, bake 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes in the pans. Carefully remove bread to rack and let cool completely.
