eeeeek! I've been bitten by midges... nasty beasties
two bites by my left elbow
one bite on my right ankle
3 or 4 bites on my scalp somewhere
1 just atop of my left ear...
they dont have much effect until the next day even a few days later, then you get an ichy spot which iches & iches then turns bright red, then you get a wee bit of puss the size of a pin prick
but the bite site iches like mad and you cant help scratching it..
but then your left with wee scars/brown spots...yuk!
they come out when the sun shines & its a bit damp..
I was out in the garden as it was a loverly evening potting about
when the wee beasties set about on me,
I never had them in England... to be sure think its an Irish thing..
iching like mad now...
