I wanted to check out some Christmas colored backgrounds I made and see if I like them.

I think I have too many dots.

I thought I'd see how the garland and flashing lightbulbs look too.

One thing for sure, this color isn't right for this background because it's too close to my dots which makes it hard to read.

I shouldn't have used 2 strings of garland because it made the page too wide. (Me and my wide pages fetish (sp), lol)

BTW, I learned how to make the garland by following the tutorial at this site.

and then added sparkles to it by following a tutorial at

I made the lightbulbs by following this pixel painting tutorial then used the suggestion with this tutorial to animate them.

I'm not sure how much more time I'll have to play this morning but I think I'll take my garland and lightbulps and make new images, only wider by placing two images along side each other and saving them as new images.
