I wanted to include links to my green background on the custom web page, but apparently the links are too long which makes the page wider then I want it to be so I decided to put the links in this thread and then link the webpage to this thread and this thread to my web page.

I used the tutorial at this site to make my outside plaid, although I ended up improvising because for some reason I couldn't get the plaid look so I copied my horizontal stripes, pasted it as a new layer, roated it 90 degrees, and lowered the opacity about 50%.
