Hi Linda,
I wanted to see what my attempt at making your signature transparent looked link on a yellow background. I think the reason you're seeing some white around the flowers is because the tube wasn't clean or completely transparent.
I tried to remove some of the white on this one. I didn't on the one I included in another thread but I'm going to copy your transparent tag along side my transparent tag to see if it made any difference.
 
This first one is the one I did...

The one that shows the white background is suppose to be transparent, at least I copied the one from your thread where you said it was transparent. Did you include the wrong gif?
And I think the reason we're seeing white around the flowers is because the tube wasn't completely transparent.
