I've been playing with vectors again. I just love what you can create using vectors but oh boy, can they be tough to work with.
This is not all made from vectors. I made the doll following a tutorial at Tutorials by Ally.
I improvised on the bench but followed some of a picket fence tutorial from Country Meadows Graphic.
I made the watering can myself. Well sort of, lol. I scanned a picture of a watering can, and pixeled out the outline only some of the outline was covered with some decoration, so I had to improvise on that too and add some pixels here and there. I then colored it in and shaded it to match the doll.
I made the daisies following a vector tutorial at Marguerite Daisy. Boy was that a long one.
I think I covered every site I used to make this. Of course some of it was made using the knowledge I've learned from past tutorials.
Anyway, here is what I came up with. I wanted to add more to it but got tired of working on it, plus the file has gotten too big so I probably won't do any more or use it any place but it was a good learning experience.

Sheryl, you are so talented.  I don't have the patience to sit and create that.

Thanks Linda, but I'm really not very talented. As I said, I used some tutorials or bits and pieces of tutorials to make this.
BEfore I left for work this morning, I was trying to make a bow, but it wasn't looking too good so I canned it, lol.
I'm terrible at shading and my bow needed some serious shading.

I made the sunflower following a tutorial at Cinderella Designs. I don't think I can link to the site. I wasn't too clear about her rules so to be on the safe side, I won't put a link.
I'm not sure what I really want to do with all this but I thought the bee in the magazine was cute and wanted to try making him.
