Attention Graphic Creators !!!

Copyright has been moved to top of art, you are able to use my art for your angel art projects. 12/5/05

Please follow these simple rules so everything will be cool !!!

1. Holly Durr's art is not to be used for profit, unless you are in a licensed agreement with her. Her art is to be used for fun only.
2. Christian non-profit websites, fan-type personal websites, children's website, and family oriented websites are allowed to use the art listed below as long as you follow the rules below. ABSOLUTELY NO adult or porn sites (adult: this means that it can't be displayed on websites with any form of nudity,  sexual content, and bad language. Also If your child or children can't view the site, then my art can not be displayed on your website), NO Groups rated mature,  NO pagan websites, NO devil worshiping websites, No antichristian websites, NO new age, NO spiritual readers ( psychic ) websites, NO angel worshiping website (remember to worship the creator not the created), or any other form of evil or negative websites are allowed to display Holly Durr's artwork. Also do not display artwork in a distasteful degrading negative way and do not mix my art with someone else's artwork. (meaning when you take my art and another artist artwork and creating one image with two different artist artwork)
3. All credit, copyright notice, and a link (this does not mean that you just put a text message on your site or on my art about my website address, I mean an actual hyper link) to Holly Durr's website must be displayed on the page where Holly's artwork will appear, note: if you use Holly's art as a graphic on all the pages of your site, please put link and info on your home (index) page. Note: This is my web address, please use this when putting a hyper link to my site:   http://www.hollydurrart.com. Also if you are making a psp tube, tags, etc. make sure that my info about my site on the graphic is readable.
4. Do not link to my artwork on this website. Right click on the image and choose save as.
5. If you are a non-profit group and are allowing others to use Holly's art, you must post these rules on your site.
6. You are aloud to use the art ( for fun only) to make: wallpaper, screen savers, stationeries, tags, psp tubes, and used as graphics for websites.
7. You can alter angels, but please do it to an extent, so you can still tell that it is my angels. You can change  plain white background, add designs, accents, color, or make the white background transparent, add text ( as long as it is not degrading my art ), Resize Angels, Also you may change a watercolor background.
8. If you see artwork on Holly Durr's website that is not on the list and want to use it on your website, please do not ask because if it is not on the list below then the answer is no.
9. If you know or see anyone misusing Holly's Art or not follow these simple easy rules please email at: [email protected]
10. Holly Durr reserves the right to change any of the rules above at anytime.
11. This last rule is not a requirement, but your choice. If you want to know when new art is added to the list, you can join my update list: [email protected]. Note: This same address also updates you on new art that is being released on my site, so please do not get confused. Please check my site to make sure that the new art is on the list. Usually if new art is added to the list I will put a statement like: Attention Graphic Creators !!! New art has been added to the list. But always make sure to check the list to be on the safe side. If you are confused about any of the rules above, then e-mail me and let me know what you are confused about.
