What is the most unusual pet you've ever owned?

I havn't really had any unusual pets but i've had some that did strange things.
I had a tortoise that would bite your toes if you went barefoot and every time I went into the kitchen it would follow me and stand at the fridge until I gave it some lettuce.
I had a rabbit which was rather big and it had a fight with a terrier and won, it frightened the life out of the poor dog.
Also, my dog Max would deliberately kick me if he was mad at me for some reason. He would position his rear end as close to me as he could and then kick his back leg out.
So, in one way or another I suppose my pets have been unusual.
