They need to quit "upgrading" is they can't even get themselves together! I don't see anything upgraded from what they claim with their numerous emails to let their customers know that they are making changes and upgrading at all. What they need to improve is their Operations. When they are "upgrading" they SHOULD NOT incovenience their cutomers, paying or non-paying!
